Terms and Conditions

1. Online Appointments
Our business holds a strict policy that allows for a certain number of missed appointments before taking action.

In the case of missing two appointments without notice via the booking system or telephone we may choose to suspend your ability to use the booking system and require you to walk-in for an appointment. This may also result in a no show fee equal to 50% of the total cost of the service.

The purpose of this policy is to ensure that staff are able to manage their schedule effectively and minimise the impact of missed appointments on their revenue and resources.

When you book an appointment, the business reserves that time specifically for you, which means that staff may have turned away other clients or rearranged their schedule to accommodate your appointment. If you do not attend your appointment or cancel without notice, the business may not be able to fill that time slot with another client, which can result in lost revenue and wasted resources.

By suspending your ability to use the booking system, staff are able to better manage their schedule and reduce the risk of lost revenue due to missed appointments.
If you are suspended from the booking system, you will still be able to receive services by walking in for an appointment. However, this may result in longer wait times and may be less convenient for you. To avoid being suspended from the booking system, it is important to make every effort to attend your appointments or cancel with sufficient notice.

If you have made an appointment with us and fail to attend without notice, we reserve the right to charge you a no-show fee equal to 50% of the total price of the service booked.

The purpose of this policy is to compensate the business for the time and resources that staff have invested in preparing for you and your appointment.

When you fail to show up or cancel without sufficient notice, the business may not be able to fill that time slot with another client, which can result in lost revenue and wasted resources.
